As the nation begins to recover from the economic downturn, individuals who have used the economic downturn as an opportunity to earn their masters degree online may find more success launching their entrepreneurial endeavors.
To help these individuals start their own business and stimulate the economy, several schools have begun offering online degree programs that can help budding entrepreneurs gain the skills they will need to launch successful ventures.
The University of Texas at Dallas’s School of Management recently became the only state college to offer a masters degree in entrepreneurship, the Dallas Morning News reports. School officials say the program was designed to be completed in two to three years and is intended to cater to working professionals.
The program was created in response to a growing demand for campus-based and online degree programs in entrepreneurship, as the number of colleges offering these programs has doubled over the past 11 years, according to the media outlet.
Education professionals in Phoenix have responded to this trend by launching a fully online college for budding entrepreneurs called the International School of Entrepreneurship, the Arizona Republic reports.
Through the school, working adults and aspiring small business owners can take classes that are taught by seasoned professionals, which could help them succeed in online degree programs.
There are many other online schools that have masters degree programs that can aide a budding entrepreneur, such as Kaplan University, Ashford University and Grand Canyon University.

Hello Matthew. This depends on the class that you’re taking, some professors may require students to be online during certain hours while others are more lenient and will allow you to do your coursework, readings and discussions whenever you can.

Hey Beasley. That is a very reasonable thought, many students juggle full-time work and school.
